Shipping policy

1. Introduction

These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through our website drinkluba.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

2. Direct to Consumer Shipping

We offer direct-to-consumer shipping within the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped via our selected carrier which may change from time to time. 

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, unless an expedited fulfillment option is chosen at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed upon return from the weekend or holiday. 

2.2 Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Generally, delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. It is important to note that once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier delivery timeframes are not under the control of Luba Libations, Inc. If a package is lost in transit, please contact Luba Libations team at cheers@drinkluba.com for assistance. 

3. Business to Business (B2B) Wholesale Orders

For all wholesale orders, shipping is the responsibility of the wholesale customer. Luba Libations can arrange shipment of the order, and this will be added to the final invoice upon shipment. 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive your order and it is damaged during transit, please report it immediately to our customer service team at cheers@drinkluba.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
